Clare Janak

CLARE (SHIMKUS) JANAK
April 13, 2021 (Age 71)

Clare (Shimkus) Janak, of Carver, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 13, 2021, at the age of 71.

She shared 50 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Michael Janak. She was a loving mother to Michael B. Janak and wife Beth of Winchendon and Jennifer Lansberry and husband Jason of Portsmouth. Clare was a cherished grandmother by Alyssa, Brayden, Tyler, Connor, and Hamilton. Clare leaves behind many brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

Clare was an inspiring person who had an indomitable spirit and showed her family her courage over many years of battling Rheumatoid Arthritis. She never once complained or gave up and gave her best everyday. She would want them to strive forward, living their lives that way. Clare enjoyed moments with her grandchildren and travelling to Florida to visit her many friends. She will be dearly missed by all the lives that she has touched.

All are invited to the visitation on April 21, 2021, from 5-7 p.m. at the Shepherd Funeral Home in Carver. There will be a private burial on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at the Massachusetts National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Arthritis Foundation. A memorial service will be held by invitation during the summer to celebrate her life.

AUDREY E. (WOLFORD) FISCHER
June 27, 1942 ~ April 21, 2021 (Age 78)

Cheyenne, WI - Audrey E. Fischer, 78, of Cheyenne, passed to the Kingdom of God on April 21 at Davis Hospice.

She was born June 27, 1942, in Winchendon, Massachusetts. She married in 1960, moved to Cheyenne with the love of her life, Gene Fischer.

She is survived by her daughters and their husbands Terri and Richard Carter, Tammi and Michael Brown, Penni and Mike Straw, and Natalie and John Sepulveda, her fourteen grandchildren; Rich, Shawn, Craig, Nicole, Veronica, Lance, Jessica, Clayton, Sheri, Ben, Michelle, Anisa, Jaden and Hannah, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Annabelle and George Wolford, and her husband, Gene Fischer.

The viewing is Friday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. The funeral service is at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 24. A cake reception follows after the service at the Gathering Place. www.wrcfuneral.com.
