Robert A. Lemmer

ROBERT A. LEMMER
April 11, 1935 ~ February 18, 2022 (Age 86)

WINCHENDON - Robert A. Lemmer, 86, of Winchendon, died peacefully Friday morning, February 18, 2022 at the home of his daughter, with his family at his side.

He was born in Boston on April 11, 1935, son of the late Clarence and Rachel (Lord) Lemmer and spent his early years in the Boston area. Bob grew up in Winchendon and enlisted in the United States Army while in high school. He proudly served his country during the Korean War and graduated from Murdock High School in 1957 following his discharge.

Bob worked for 49 ½ years at New England Wooden Ware until his retirement. In earlier year, Bob worked as a butcher at First National. Bob was a longtime member of the United Parish and served as its sexton for many years. He also chaired its Youth Group for 19 years. Active in little league, Bob served as its president at one time. Bob had also served as union president while employed at New England Wooden Ware.

He leaves his wife, Patricia L. (Gauthier) Lemmer; his children, Cheryl deOliveira of Lunenburg, Bonnie Batchelder of Winchendon, Christy Maillet of Knoxsville, TN, Marc Lemmer of Lampases, TX, Steven Lemmer of Grand Prairie, TX, Matthew Lemmer of OH and Jennie LeBlanc of Winchendon; his stepchildren, Shawn Morris of Jaffrey, NH and Ticia Conlon of Barre; three sisters, Susan Tonet of Winchendon, Virginia Cutler of Fitchburg and Joan Boudreau of Indiana; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by two sons, Robert A. Lemmer Jr and James A. Lemmer; a stepson, Adam Morris and a sister, Ruth Nawotny.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 2 to 4 P.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. in the United Parish, 39 Front Street, Winchendon.

Burial, with military honors, will follow in Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery.

Keith R. Jean

KEITH R. JEAN
January 21, 1959 ~ February 19, 2022 (Age 63)

Keith Jean, 63 years old, of Springfield, MA. formerly a lifelong resident of Winchendon, MA, born on January 21, 1959 passed away on February 19,2022 with loved ones at his side. Keith was the son of the late Wilfred and Beverly Paul.

Keith enjoyed watching the New England Sports teams. He greatly enjoyed the relaxation of fishing. His best spent times were with his family. His grandchildren and great granddaughter were his world.

He leaves behind his wife Lisa Martin and his daughter Melissa (Jean) and her husband Joseph Collins of Winchendon, Three granddaughters Misty Collins of Winchendon, Haley Collins and her boyfriend Casey Moore of Fitchburg, and Tiffany Collins and her boyfriend Anthony Cruz of Gardner, one grandson Joseph Collins Jr of Winchendon. One great granddaughter Kaylani Moore. Six brothers Scott Jean and his wife Ann, Barry Jean and his wife Deborah, Randy Paul and his wife Becky all of Winchendon, Steven Jean and Kevin Paul of New Hampshire, and Brian Jean and his wife Jen of Georgia. One sister Ronda Ford and her husband Robert of Winchendon. Keith also leaves behind two sister in laws Shelley Paul and Cheryl Paul both of New Hampshire. He leaves several nieces and nephews. Keith was predeceased by his brother Wilfred Paul. Keith also leaves a cousin Wendy Bergeron, her husband Donnie, and their children Corbin and Julia with whom he lived and received excellent care from. Also, his longtime friend Randy, his wife Sue Martin and their family.

Stephen B. Cossi

STEPHEN B. COSSI
March 9, 1962 ~ February 18, 2022 (Age 59)

Winchendon - Stephen B. Cossi, 59, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2022 after a brief battle with lung cancer.

Stephen was born in Los Angeles, CA on March 9, 1962, a son of Aldo and Joyce (Nixon) Cossi of Leominster. He spent his career working in manufacturing companies lastly with Aurora Plastics in Lunenburg. He also served his country with the US Coast Guard.

Stephen loved being on the lake, especially bass fishing. He always enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends, gathering around a bonfire while playing Cornhole. He also enjoyed bowling, bocce, pool and shooting darts.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his loving wife Daryll B. Cossi of Winchendon; son Joshua Cormier of Jaffrey, NH; stepdaughters, Kearstyn Beasley of SC and Kimberly Hunter of West Springfield, MA, whom he considered children of his own; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Wayne Cossi and wife Lynn, Greg Cossi and wife Deb, all of Leominster; several nieces and nephews.

A private service for close family and friends will be held in the MA Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon. A celebration of life will be held on March 9, 2022 in Winchendon American Legion, 295 School Street, at 1:30 pm. Herve I. Pelchat

HERVE I. PELCHAT
July 6, 1924 ~ February 2, 2022 (Age 97)

Herve I. Pelchat, of 5019 Picture Avenue, Holiday, Florida, passed away on February 2, 2022 at the New Port Richey Hospice Center. Herve was born in Easthampton, MA on July 6, 1924 to Philomen and Rosilda (Poitras) Pelchat. He was their only child.

He leaves is wife, Rena (St. Pierre) Pelchat, whom he married 75 years ago on February 1, 1947 in Winchendon. They lived in Winchendon, MA for many years before moving to Florida in 1989.

Herve proudly served in the United States Navy during World War 2 in the Philippines and was involved with the invasion of the Pacific. Following his duty with the Navy, Herve returned to Winchendon where he worked as a welder at General Electric for more than 25 years, retiring in 1986.

In addition to his wife, Herve leaves behind his son, Anthony (and his wife Sharon) of New Port Richey, FL; his son, William (and his wife Linda) of Dover, NH; and his son, Rene (and his wife Kirsten) of Gardner, MA. He also leaves six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Herve was predeceased by his parents and son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence and Valerie.

Herve enjoyed his gathering with friends and family. He also loved reliving his days at GE with other retirees.

A memorial service will be held at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA on July 6th at 10:00 AM.

Beverly Ouellette

BEVERLY OUELLETTE
January 21, 1933 ~ February 17, 2022 (Age 89)

FULTON, NY - Beverly (Daily) Ouellette, 89, of Fulton, NY, formerly of Gardner, died Thursday, February 17, 2022.

She was born in Keene, NH on January 21, 1933, daughter of the late William and Florence (Allen) Daily and was a graduate of Keene High School. She had lived in Fulton, NY for the last seven years after moving from Gardner, MA.

Mrs. Ouellette had worked at Simplex Time Recorder for many years an administrative secretary for Edward G. Watkins. Beverly spent summers and winters in Maine before moving there permanently in 1994. She enjoyed the ocean and walking on the beach. She also enjoyed camping in Wells, shopping with her children and antiquing with her late husband.

She leaves five children, Alfred Perry of Fulton, NY, Michael Perry Skiffington of Marlborough, NH, Francis A. Ouellette Jr and wife Cheryle of East Templeton, Lisa Griffin and her husband Gary of Gardner and Kelly Smith and fiancé Scott Belliveau of East Templeton; four grandchildren, Krystle Ouellette of Gardner, MA, Zachary Wojdak of Winchendon, Angela Wojdak of East Templeton and Chelsea Smith of No. Berwick, ME. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Rhoades.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11 A.M. in Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon.

William Paul Fellows

WILLIAM PAUL FELLOWS
February 19, 2022 (Age 84)

William (Bill) Paul Fellows, 84 of Westford, MA, passed away Saturday morning February 19, 2022 peacefully at Emerson Hospital. He was the loving husband of 55 years to Katherine (Wilson) Fellows.

Bill was born in Melrose, a son of the late Dorothy (Fish) and Herbert E. Fellows, Sr. As a youth, Bill lived in Scituate and Westford and graduated from Lowell Trade High School. Upon graduating high school, he worked for Bowlmor of Littleton. He then worked for Bursaw Gas and Oil for 20 years and joined the Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank in March of 1985 until retiring in June of 2006 working as Facilities Manager. He was a long-time member of NEMAC Auto Club and in his free time he enjoyed making swing sets and picnic tables, watching the Red Sox games, attending his grandchildren's extracurricular activities, and going for ice cream.

In addition to his wife Kathy, he was survived by his son Eric W., Eric's wife Jessica L. and their children Morgan J. and Pierce E. of Townsend, his son Mark W., Mark's wife Aimee M. and their children William R. and Whitney R. of Westford, his sister Sandra Gladu and her husband Raymond of Pelham, NH, his sister-in-law Joan Fellows of Winchendon, MA, and his sister-in-law Sandra Fellows of Shapleigh, ME. Bill is sadly predeceased by his brothers David B. Fellows and Herbert E. Fellows Jr.

Charles A. Beers

CHARLES A. BEERS
January 24, 1931 ~ February 19, 2022 (Age 91)

WINCHENDON - Charles A. Beers, 91, of Winchendon died unexpectedly at home Saturday morning, February 19, 2022.

He was born in Ayer, MA on January 24, 1931, son of the late Charles and Laura (Downing) Beers and was a graduate of Spaulding Memorial High School in Townsend, MA. He had been a resident of Townsend for many years and had lived in Winchendon since 2002.

Charles honorably served his country as a member of the United States Navy during the Korean War. For several years, he owned and operated the former Shell Center Service Gas Station in Townsend. He worked at General Electric for many years as an inspector and assembler until his retirement in 1992. Charles was the charter president and a longtime member since April, 1966 of Townsend Lions Club and was a former trustee and member of Townsend Methodist Church. His hobby was woodworking.

He leaves his wife of 70 years, Catherine (Colt) Beers; three sons; Robert Beers and his wife Van Huynh of Westford, Gary Beers and his wife Jackie of Winchendon and Daniel Beers and his wife Tracie of Rindge, NH; 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dale Beers in 2019 and brother, David Beers in 2021.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 11 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Townsend.

Calling hours in the funeral home are Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 5 to 7 P.M.

Krystal R. Lasonde-Mikels

KRYSTAL R. LASONDE-MIKELS
January 27, 2022 (Age 28)

Winchendon, MA - Today we say goodbye to another angel, Krystal Rose Lasonde-Mikels, 28 of Winchendon, MA. Krystal sadly passed away on January 27, 2022.

Krystal went to Murdock Middle High school in Winchendon, MA. She is survived by her daughter Sadie Mikels. Her mother Christina Lasonde-Pease, and stepfather Joe Bates. Her adopted Mother Susan Mikels, and her late adapted father Barry Mikels Sr. of Winchendon, MA. Her brother Anthony Bates of Winchendon, MA. Barry Mikels Jr. and wife Jen of Barre, MA. Jon and Cristy Mikels of Sidney, NY. Kyle Mikels and Tiffany Hickey. Her sister Alexis and husband Scott Carmichael of Jaffrey, NH. Melissa and husband Nathan Oakes of Winchendon, MA. Susan Mikels of Winchendon, MA. Her Grandparents Pansay and late George Bates. Her nieces and nephews, Landon and Coralynn Carmichael. Jayden Bates, Jonathan, Ryan, and Devan Mikels, Aidan Mikels, Mia, Kaylee, and Sophia Mikels. Nevaeh, Elijah, and late Jaxson Hickey.

Krystal loved and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed time with her friends, Diane, Joe, Calvin, and Hailie.

She loved going camping with her family and friends. She enjoyed reading, listening to music, and giving our dog Shadow a bath. She also enjoyed playing with her cats and Cross-stitching. She loved spending time with Susie, they loved swimming, listening to music, and dancing with each other. Krystal will be missed but not forgotten by her family and friends.

Her service will be at the Jaffrey, NH VFW on March 12, 2022. Calling hours are between 1:00Pm - 6:00Pm

Joan Miller

JOAN (BROWN) MILLER
November 26, 1925 ~ February 21, 2022 (Age 96)

Leominster - Joan (Brown) Miller, 96, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2022 at the Life Care Center of Leominster.

She was born in Fitchburg on November 26, 1925, a daughter of the late Everett and Mary (Palmer) Brown. Joan attended Leominster Schools and graduated in 1943. She enjoyed traveling across the country and spending winter trips in Florida with her husband Robert. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing and going to Twin Rivers.

Most of all, Joan enjoyed being with her loving family. She had a heart of gold.

She is survived by her six loving children Diane (Miller) and Ritchie Garrett of Columbus, Ohio, Glen and Nancy Miller, Debra (Miller) and Peter Phillips, Pamela (Miller) and Danny Cordio, all of Leominster, Jeffrey Miller and Kimberly (Denio) and Cindy (Miller) Gaudet, all of Winchendon; 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Robert Miller in 2013, as well as five siblings. She will be deeply missed by all. The family would like to thank the Life Care Center of Leominster for the loving care and compassion they gave to Joan.

It was Joan's wishes that there are no calling hours and burial be private.
