Jannette Proos

JANNETTE (BERGERON) PROOS
April 26, 1934 ~ August 31, 2022 (Age 88)

Jannette (Bergeron) Proos passed away on Wednesday August 31, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She is reunited with her beloved husband Ken who predeceased her in 2016. They would have celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on September 6th.

Jan was born on April 26, 1934 in Leominster, MA, the youngest child of Albert and Blanche (Thibaudeau) Bergeron. She was predeceased by her brothers Roger, Francis, Eugene and Norman. She is survived by her three children: Andrew Proos and his wife Michele of Northborough, Jeffrey Proos of Pawtucket RI, and Susan Lynch of Winchendon, as well grandchildren, Kimberly Parrillo and her husband Thomas, Eric Proos, Emily Carlson and her husband Nils, Allison Watkins and her husband James and Jessica Lynch. The joys of her life were her great grandchildren, Jack Ringuette and Laura Ringuette. Jan will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews and cherished friends, old and new.

Jan was always an avid reader and in her younger days she enjoyed sewing and knitting, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. Our fondest memories are of holidays, family celebrations and sunny Sunday afternoons by the pool with Meme.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 PM (Noon) Wednesday, September 7 at St. Leo's Church, 108 Main St., Leominster. Calling hours are from 10:00-11:30 on Wednesday prior to the Mass at the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, MA. Burial will be private.

PATRICIA E. FITZPATRICK
July 18, 1946 ~ September 1, 2022 (Age 76)

LOWELL - Patricia Ellen "Pat" (Mason) Fitzpatrick, 76, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at her home, following an extended illness.

Patricia was born in Fitchburg, MA on July 18, 1946, the only child of the late Harold G. and Rita L. (Christie) Mason.

She was educated in the Winchendon Schools, was a graduate of Murdock High School in Winchendon, The Lowell State Teachers College with a bachelor's degree in Music, and later received her master's degree in Music from the University of Lowell.

Pat was employed for 48 years in the Lowell School Department as a Music Teacher, working at the Rogers, Moody, and Sullivan Schools, before finishing her career at Lowell High School. Pat loved music and played the piano and the saxophone for many years. She enjoyed listening to classical music.

Pat was a member of the Lowell Folk Festival Committee. She also organized many musical events for the City of Lowell. Pat was known for devoting her time for her students. As a dedicated music teacher, she helped many, many students prepare for college and a music career. She will be remembered as a caring and devoted educator.

Pat donated her time and talent playing piano in local nursing homes for the holidays and also enjoyed playing for friends and neighbors during holiday get-togethers and Christmas Caroling outings.

Pat is survived by her four children and their families, Bridgid E. Pagliuca and her husband Gerald of Tewksbury, Kelly A. Fitzpatrick of Winchendon, James M. Fitzpatrick and Ryan T. Fitzpatrick, both of Lowell; her 9 grandchildren, Seamus, Liam, Elizabeth, Emily, Olivia, Mason, Cody, Anthony, and Landon; several cousins and many dear friends.

Family and Friends may call at FAY MCCABE FUNERAL HOME 105 MOORE STREET LOWELL, TODAY, WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 7, 2022 from 5 until 8 PM. Pat's FUNERAL will begin on THURSDAY at 12 NOON from the Funeral Home, followed by her FUNERAL MASS at 1 o'clock at THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH 144 EAST MERRIMACK STREET, LOWELL. Burial will be private.

Richard J. Roberts

RICHARD J. ROBERTS
January 21, 1973 ~ September 5, 2022 (Age 49)

Richard J. Roberts, 49, of Templeton, passed away peacefully, Monday, September 5, 2022, in UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus, Worcester.

Born in Gardner on January 21, 1973, he was the son of Richard K. Roberts and the late Lois M. (Mackie) Roberts and of Hubbardston. He graduated from Quabbin Regional High School with the Class of 1991 and from Mount Wachusett Community College in 1993. Rick was an Automotive Technician for over 26-years working for Salvadore's and Akin Automotive, until his death.

Rick served on the Advisory Board for Mount Wachusett Community College. He had true passion for cars and the talent to fix any vehicle in his bay. Rick enjoyed drag racing, watching NASCAR, and RC Racing. He enjoyed tinkering in his garage and fabrication. Rick's pride and joy was his 1981 Chevrolet Malibu, which he affectionately called "His Bu".

Besides his father, Rick is survived by his wife of almost 22-years, Nicole (Ouellette) Roberts of Templeton; his paternal grandfather, Keith Roberts; an aunt, Leslie Marsland; uncle, David Roberts; and a cousin, Rebecca Roberts-James; and many fur children.

Rick is predeceased by his grandmother, Barbara Roberts.

Graveside Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
