Susan R. Thrower

SUSAN R. THROWER
August 22, 1960 ~ November 26, 2022 (Age 62)

Susan R. Thrower, 62, of Nashua passed away on November 26, 2022, at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by her family.

Susan was born on August 22, 1960, in Cambridge, MA. She was the daughter of Georgine Albee and the late Henry Gaudreau. Growing up she lived around Boston and eventually ended up in Quincy, MA. where she graduated from Quincy High School in 1978. After graduating from high school, she had a lengthy career at numerous banks in Massachusetts and New Hampshire as a proof operator. In 1984, she met her husband Charles Thrower and after getting married June 9, 1985, they lived in Norwood, MA until moving to Nashua, NH the following year.

Susan was a very creative person and always had a knack for knowing what she wanted and what it would look like upon completion. She was into making puzzles, jewelry making, crocheting, diamond art, and many other crafts. Over the years she crocheted many slippers, baby blankets, hats and afghans. It seemed like there was nothing she wouldn't tackle. If it was refurbishing a piece of furniture or mending a plant back to health, she did it. She did everything in her power to make everything beautiful and perfect to her liking.

Holidays were always a special time for Susan. We had things galore for every holiday of the year and then some. At times it seemed over the top, but when everything was in place and set up it added so much warmth and comfort for our family. And on Christmas Day it was always a joy to have some believers. Susan always cherished her family and friends all throughout the year.

Susan was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed. The family would like to thank the Nurses and Doctors at the St. Joseph's Hospital ICU for their care and compassion.

Susan is survived by husband Charles, daughters Tara, Jill and partner Nikki, and granddaughter Kenzlee. She is also survived by her mother Georgine Pollard, sister Charlene and husband Michael Harrington, brother Mark and wife Maureen Gaudreau along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, stepmother, and stepbrothers.
