To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. The site has been classified as TIER II pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0500. On December 11, 2022, E.L. Harvey & Sons, Inc. filed a TIER II Classification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP). Notice is hereby given that the Winchendon Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 6:05pm to consider the request for a Stormwater Management Permit for property identified as Winchendon Assessors map 8 Parcels 6,14,235-247 owned by Asher Construction, LLC. Stormwater Management Permit request for seven (7) single-family home proposals per two (2) previously recorded ANR plans. Said property is located in the R80- Rural Residential District.
