To use it, send a text to 911 with complete information for first responders (including address/location and description of the emergency). 2020 CDBG Administration Consultant RFP

The Town of Winchendon seeks proposals from consultants for grant administration services for the 2020 MA CDBG project, which includes the reconstruction of Railroad Street and a Fuel Assistant program. The contract period shall be approximately April 1, 2021 through until June 30, 2022. The maximum fee allowed is $40,000.
Copies of the RFP may be obtained for no charge by sending written request to the Planning and Development Office 109 Front St. Winchendon MA 01475, by email request to nroberts@townofwinchendon.com or by telephone at (978) 297-3537. Winchendon Town Hall is not open to the public due to COVID-19.
The Town must receive a PDF (.pdf) format electronic copy of any proposal by email to the attention of the Director of Planning and Development at tmurphy@townofwinchendon.com no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 22, 2021. It is the responsibility of the respondent to confirm actual receipt of the proposal. Respondents shall submit separate electronic .pdf files labeled as “Proposal” and “Price Proposal” with their submittal.
