The Town of Winchendon, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Building Construction Contractors for the Winchendon Community Park Performing Arts Center at 86 Ingleside Road, Winchendon, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Abacus Architects + Planners dated January 12, 2022. The Project consists of: Diverse site work including clearing, grading, utilities, paving, and the construction of an outdoor amphitheater with covered stage. The work is estimated to cost $2,300,000 (including all alternates). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
