SPERRY, Pamella Lee (Sandstrom) Of Burlington, formerly of Waltham, September 12th. Beloved wife of 59 years to James D. Sperry. Loving mother of sons Douglas J. and Daniel L. Sperry. Sister of the late Alice Johnson and Thomas Sandstrom. Grandmother of Carter Cordeiro of Bedford, MA, Devon, Traverse, Dylan, and Alyssa Sperry of North Carolina. Great-grandmother of Skylar, Caleb, Brooklyn, Cameron, Emma, Liam, Shane, Milton, Emmitt and Roger. Aunt of Lisa Gauthier of Winchendon and Leanne Sandstrom of Waltham; and cousin of Donald Sandstrom of Stowe. She is also survived by devoted family member Alan Kusuma, Burlington; and her loving dog Holly.

There will be a Memorial Service held On Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00a.m. at the First Lutheran Church, 6 Eddie Street, Waltham, MA. Sarah E. Homon

SARAH E. HOMON
June 8, 1985 ~ September 15, 2021 (Age 36)

DORCHESTER – Sarah E. Homon, 36, of Dorchester formerly of Winchendon and Gardner, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021.

She was born in Gardner on June 8, 1985, grew up in Winchendon and Gardner, and was a 2003 graduate of Gardner High School. Sarah lived in Dorchester for the last two years, where she was general manager of The Pooped Pooch, a doggy day care facility.

Sarah had a long history of drug addiction, which she bravely battled for years. An outdoor enthusiast, she loved kayaking and spending time with her dog Hercules, whom she enjoyed taking to the beach.

She leaves her mother, Shawne McDonald and her partner Tony Racette of Templeton; her father, Joseph A. Homon and his partner Yvonne Forgues of Winchendon; her grandmothers, Patricia L. Homon of Winchendon and Carol McDonald of Winchendon; a brother Nicholas McDonald of Templeton; a step sister, Jennifer Sullivan of Dayville, CT; her very close friends and co-workers, Mark Amour and Mark Walter; a close friend, John Norris; a close friend, Brian Meola and several aunts, uncles, great aunts and great uncles and cousins. She also leaves the group of people she touched in her journey in her recovery program.

A private memorial service will be held in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.

Ann M. Finn

ANN M. FINN
February 12, 1948 ~ September 20, 2021 (Age 73)

WINCHENDON - Ann M. Finn, 73, of 51 Hyde Park Drive, died peacefully Monday morning, September 20, 2021 in UMASS Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester with her loving family at her side.

She was born in Winchendon on February 12, 1948, daughter of the late Daniel and Frances (Whitney) Finn and was a lifelong resident of Winchendon. Ann was a graduate of Murdock High School.

Ann worked many years ago as a sander at National Seat Company and later worked as a dishwasher at the Waterville Plaza. Her hobbies were dancing, playing cards, listening to music and spending time with her family. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.

She leaves four sisters, Barbara Worn and husband Michael of Winchendon, Elizabeth "Betty" Nalette of Winchendon, Dorothy Finn of Winchendon and Rachel Finn of Gardner, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1 P.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.

A period of visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1 P.M. preceding the funeral.

Russell P. Demar

RUSSELL P. "PHIL" DEMAR
June 28, 1946 ~ September 12, 2021 (Age 75)

FITCHBURG - Russell P. "Phil" Demar, 75, of Fitchburg, died Sunday morning, September 12, 2021, in the Health Alliance Leominster Hospital.

Phil was born in Fitchburg on June 28, 1946, a son of the late Russell V. and Grace (Jeffrey) Demar and grew up in Lunenburg before moving to Fitchburg.

He worked for several years for the Romano Overhead Door Company in Fitchburg. Phil enjoyed fishing and was a member of the British American Club. Many years ago, he was a member of the Kingsman Drum and Bugle Corps.

He leaves a son, Scott R. Demar and his wife Cynthia of Templeton; two daughters, Sherri L. Corder and her husband William of Greensboro, NC, and Jodie L. Angelos and her husband David of Winchendon; six grandchildren, Matthew, Alex, Courtney, Amber, Amy and Stephanie and a great-grandson, Ryder.

A celebration of Phil's life will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the British American Club, 1 Simonds Rd., Fitchburg, MA. from 1PM-4PM.

Kathleen R. Girard

KATHLEEN R. GIRARD
December 20, 1949 ~ September 19, 2021 (Age 71)

WINCHENDON - Kathleen R. (Dunham) Girard, 71, of 433 Brown Street, died peacefully in her residence Sunday evening, September 19, 2021, with her family at her side.

She was born in Winchendon on December 20, 1949, daughter of the late Albert and Virginia (Daniel) Dunham and was a 1967 graduate of Murdock High School.

Kathy was a school bus driver for many years for H&W Transportation. She also worked as a bookkeeper for the family business, operated by her late husband and son. Kathy’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family, grandchildren and great granddaughter.

Her husband, Dennis Girard, died in 2014. She leaves two children, Kenneth A. Girard and his wife Amy of Winchendon and Dawn C. Girard and her significant other Joey Leslie of Templeton; five grandchildren, Dakota A. Girard and his significant other Emma Lively, Macaylia L. Brady and her husband Nick, Seth A. Cochran and his significant other Jasmine, Kane Girard and Tatum Girard; a great granddaughter Isabella Cochran and a brother Keith Dunham of Winchendon.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 2 P.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.

Calling hours in the funeral home are Friday, September 24, 2021 from 5 to 7 P.M.

Aline M. Guerra

ALINE M. GUERRA
September 22, 2021 (Age 77)

LEICESTER: Aline M. (Ricord) Guerra,77, of Leicester, died Wednesday, Sept. 22 in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis, which she had fought courageously for many years. Her husband of 48 years, Donald M. Guerra died in 2016. She leaves her daughters; Tracy A. Eccleston of Leicester and Gina M. Smith and her husband Thomas of Leicester, her sisters; Rita Bortz and her husband Adam of So.Burlington, VT., and Rosie Goodrich and her husband Les of Winchendon, three grandchildren; Jacob, Michael and Rhianna, many nieces and nephews.

Born in Gardner, she was the daughter of Maurice and Fernande (LeFebvre) Ricord and later graduated from Murdock High School in Winchendon.

Aline was a long time office clerk at Hanover insurance in Worcester before retiring in 2006. She was a Tom Brady and New England Patriots Fan, enjoyed camping along with her husband and family. She was a resident at The Meadows of Leicester for several years where she made many friends, played bingo, and made puzzles. The family would like to thank the staff at The Meadows for their compassionate care of Aline over the years.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Sept. 25 at 10 am in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Friday from 5 to 7p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Greater N.E. Kathleen E. O'Sullivan

KATHLEEN E. O'SULLIVAN
November 28, 1950 ~ September 16, 2021 (Age 70)

AYER: Kathleen E. (Sherwin) O'Sullivan, 70, of Ayer, died Thursday, September 16, 2021 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Brighton.

Kathy was born in Ayer, November 28, 1950 a daughter of the late Wilbur G. and Glenyss H. (Howe) Sherwin and was a 1968 graduate of Ayer High School. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Ayer Housing Authority.

She had worked as sales representative at New England Business Service in Groton.

She leaves her daughter and son in law, Denise M. and Tim Gintner of Ayer; her son and daughter in law, Robert and Lisa Lundin of Winchendon; her sister, Nancy J. Sherwin of Shirley; five grandchildren, Courtney Gintner, Justin Lundin, Bryan Gintner, Makenzie Lundin, Brandon Lundin and four great grandchildren, Jacob Gintner, Hannah Tolles, Brayden Tolles and Wyatt Tolles.

In 2012 she was predeceased by her husband, John P. O'Sullivan and her brother Edward C. Sherwin of Shirley in 2014.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Anderson Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road (Rte. 2A) Ayer. Burial will be in Groton Cemetery, Groton.

Kathy's family will receive family and friends at a visitation period in Thursday from 10 AM until the time of the service.

Kathy A. Blouin

KATHY A. BLOUIN
August 23, 1958 ~ September 20, 2021 (Age 63)

WINCHENDON - Kathy A. (Hackett) Blouin, 63, of 465 Central Street, died peacefully Monday afternoon, September 20, 2021 in Boston Medical Center, with her husband at her side.

She was born in Gardner on August 23, 1958, daughter of the late Harold and Shirley (Erickson) Hackett Jr. and was a 1976 graduate of Murdock High School. Kathy furthered her education, earning Associate Degrees from Mount Wachusett Community College and Greenfield Community College.

Kathy worked as a teller at the former Gardner Cooperative Bank many years ago and later worked for fifteen years at Digital Equipment Company. Her most recent job was working at Teleflex for two years. She was a volunteer at Ahimsah Haven Animal Rescue and was a participant and Team Captain at the annual Gardner Relay for Life. She had also sold Avon products since 2008.

She leaves her husband of 43 years, Timothy E. Blouin; her brothers and sisters, David Hackett of Gardner, Susan E. Poikonen and husband Eric of Rindge, Peter E. Hackett and wife Lisa of Virginia Beach, VA and Karen M. Hackett of Winchendon; three nieces, Emily Poikonen, Sarah Poikonen and Renee Blouin and two nephews, Christopher Blouin and Chad Blouin.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 2 P.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.

Calling hours will precede the service from 12 to 2 PM Sunday in the funeral home.

David L'Ecuyer

DAVID 'HOSS' L'ECUYER
June 18, 1947 ~ September 15, 2021 (Age 74)

A loving husband, a wonderful dad, and an amazing grandfather, David Ira L'Ecuyer, passed on to his next journey on September 15, 2021.

He was born in Winchendon, MA on June 18, 1947, the son of Raymond L. and W. Beryl (Beckwith) L'Ecuyer. He grew up in New Hampshire and graduated in 1965 from Peterborough High School.

He married Minta J. Aldredge on July 4, 2003, and together they raised their daughter Jennifer in New Hampshire. He touched so many lives in so many ways and shall never be forgotten.

David "Hoss" L'Ecuyer was known and loved by many. He is survived by; his wife, Minta L'Eucyer, his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Raymond Mims. His grandchildren; Allison and Alexander Mims, and a large extended family. Rest well David, you will live in all our hearts.

There will be no calling hours.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Cutler building, 33 Main Street, Jaffrey, NH, to honor his life.
