Marie E. Moschner

MARIE E. MOSCHNER
December 20, 1941 ~ January 29, 2022 (Age 80)

Rindge, NH - Marie E. Moschner, 80, of Rindge, formerly of Fitchburg, MA, Eden Mills, VT and North Hampton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 29, 2022 after an extended illness. Marie was born in Montague, MA on December 20, 1941, a daughter of the late Howard A. and Lorraine E. (Bergeron) Smith. She was the widow of Bruce F. Moschner.

She resided many years in Fitchburg, MA before moving to Eden Mills, VT where she lived for some 20 years. Marie relocated to North Hampton in 2002 before moving to Rindge in 2019 to be near family.

She enjoyed gardening and hand crafts, such as crocheting, knitting, bead work, and basketry. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Family members include her son Dana B. Moschner and wife Shelby of Sevierville, TN; two daughters, Dawn M. Moschner of New Market, TN and Darlene S. Cormier and husband Roger of Winchendon, MA; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lori A. Crean of Charlemont, MA and preceded in death by her sister, Gloria A. Smith of Hampton, NH.

In the spring a private graveside service and celebration of life, will be held in the Eden Corner's Cemetery, Eden, VT. George Temple

GEORGE TEMPLE
June 27, 1980 ~ February 8, 2022 (Age 41)

HUBBARDSTON - George Temple, 41, of Hubbardston, formerly of Winchendon, died Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.

He was born in Hartford, CT on June 27, 1980, son of George and Muriel (Hanley) Temple of Gardner and grew up in Winchendon. He had lived in Hubbardston for the last year.

George had worked as a landscaper, painter and construction worker. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his grandchildren. George also enjoyed camping, canoeing, fishing, kayaking, metal detecting and collecting antique bottles.

In addition to his parents, he leaves four children, Alex Temple of Claremont, NH, Jasmine Temple of Ludlow, VT, Keegan Temple and Richard Temple of Proctorsville, VT; seven grandchildren; his fiancé Anna Stowell of Hubbardston; his siblings, Dylan Temple of Fitchburg, Stella Temple of Townsend and Candy Temple of Gardner and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

MARY E. CHAGNON
November 3, 1930 ~ February 9, 2022 (Age 91)

WINCHENDON - Mary E. (Guy) Chagnon, 91, of Winchendon, died peacefully Wednesday evening, February 9, 2022 at her residence, with her family at her side.

She was born in Winchendon on November 3, 1930, daughter of the late Wilfred D. and Mary Bella (Latuch) Guy and was a graduate of Murdock High School.

Mary worked as a seamstress many years ago at the former Winchendon Dress Shop. Known affectionately as "Meme", she had been a day care provider for over 70 children through the years, at her home. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church, Baldwinville. For years, she and her late husband were season ticket holders for the New England Patriots and were members of the Quarterback Club. Mary loved summer vacations in Maine and also enjoyed sewing, cooking and doing crossword puzzles.

Her husband of 58 years, Lawrence A. Chagnon, died in 2012. She leaves five children, Lawrence A. Chagnon Jr. and his wife Corinne of Winchendon, David W. Chagnon and wife Jennifer of Winchendon, Paula M. Girard and husband Gary of Winchendon, John W. Chagnon of Worcester and Cynthia A. LaFreniere and husband Todd of Baldwinville; ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Wilfred D. Guy Jr., Alfred Guy, Bertram Arens, Elvera Mitchell, Bernice Kushmick and Lillian St. Laurent.

Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery.
