Notice is hereby given that the WINCHENDON FINANCE COMMITTEE will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium, 2nd Floor, 109 Front St., Winchendon, Massachusetts for the purpose of reviewing the proposed warrant articles for the Special Town Meeting and Annual Town Meeting to be held on Monday, May 16, 2022. Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Winchendon Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Winchendon Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 6:05pm to consider the Notice of Intent filed by David Anderson owner of 5 Monomonac Road East, Assessor's Map M11, Parcel 7. The proposed work includes replacement of an existing 500 square foot section of wall within the 100 foot buffer zone. The hearing will be held in the Second Floor Auditorium at Town Hall- 109 Front St., Winchendon, MA 01475. On March 15, 2022 the Draft Fiscal Year 2022-2026 Rolling Five-Year Capital Fund Plan of the Winchendon Housing Authority (WHA) as required under Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act will be available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period. This draft plan is available for inspection by the public at the office of the Winchendon Housing Authority, located at 108 Ipswich Drive Winchendon Ma, 01475. The office is wheelchair accessible and reasonable accommodations will be provided to persons requesting assistance. The final version of the Rolling Five-Year Capital Fund Plan is required to be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prior to this final submission, a Public Hearing for final comments of the Rolling Five-Year Capital Fund Plan will be held on April 28 2022 @ 4:30 pm in the Ipswich Drive Community Building 108 Ipswich Drive Winchendon MA.
