By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Nicholas J. Diamond to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GSF Mortgage Corporation, dated September 6, 2011 and recorded in the Worcester County (Wor-cester District) Registry of Deeds in Book 47810, Page 215 of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, by assignment from: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as no-minee for GSF Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, recorded on January 11, 2016, in Book No. 54804, at Page 42 for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at Public Auction at 12:00 PM on September 2, 2022, on the mortgaged premises located at 554 River Street, Winchendon, Worcester County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises de-scribed in said mortgage, TO WIT: The land together with the buildings thereon on known and numbered 554 River Street, in the village of Waterville, in Winchendon, Wor-cester County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a stake and stones at the northeast corner of the premises, at land formerly owned by Bailey R. Winchendon Conservation Commission
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Winchendon Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Winchendon Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 6:05 pm to consider the Notice of Intent filed by The Town of Winchendon Redevlopment Authority for construction of a 2,350 ft long road with Cul-de-sac within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and within wetland resource area at Commercial Drive Assessor's Map 12-0-, Lot 23. The hearing will be held in the Second Floor Auditorium at Town Hall - 109 Front St., Winchendon, MA 01475. Alternative translation and accommodation for disabled persons is available by advance request.
