Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Winchendon Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Winchendon Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 6:05 pm to consider the Notice of Intent filed by The Town of Winchendon Redevlopment Authority for construction of a 2,350 ft long road with Cul-de-sac within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and within wetland resource area at Commercial Drive Assessor's Map 12-0-, Lot 23. The hearing will be held in the Second Floor Auditorium at Town Hall - 109 Front St., Winchendon, MA 01475.
